Delivery Options

We offer a range of convenient delivery options to meet your needs:

• Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days)
• Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
• We use Evri for our standard delivery service.
• This option is available for all orders and is ideal for those who are not in a rush to receive their items.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.
• Express Delivery (Next Day Delivery)
• For urgent orders, we offer next-day delivery via DPD.
• Orders must be placed before 10:30 AM on a working day to qualify for next-day delivery.
• Orders placed after 10:30 AM or on non-working days (weekends and public holidays) will be processed and dispatched on the next working day for delivery the following day.
• Republic of Ireland Delivery (2-Day Service)
• We offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland via DPD's Two-Day Delivery service.
• Your parcel will be delivered within an agreed timeframe of 48 hours from dispatch.
• This service includes full tracking, allowing you to monitor your delivery from dispatch to arrival.

General Delivery Information

• Order Processing: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. However, during peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
• Delivery Address: Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the courier’s website.
• Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with your delivery or if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team at info@babybearbedding.co.uk. We will work with the courier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

• We currently offer delivery to the UK and the Republic of Ireland. If you are located outside of these areas, please contact us to discuss potential delivery options.
• In the event that a delivery is attempted and you are not available to receive it, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Please follow these instructions to avoid delays.
